CUSTOM APPLICATION
Custom applications consider high pressure water as a unique method to perform a processing function that is currently performed via a different method. Specific applications include surface preparation such as paint stripping and degreasing, but also slitting, piercing unique materials, contour shape cutting, food processing and more. In any one of these instances, high pressure might replace an acid dip, sand blasting, knife trimming or a secondary operation performed by hand. The Custom Application analysis considers the cost and quality of performing the application and contrasts it against the use of high pressure water.
