Jet Edge’s Pneumatic Lance is a powerful 55,000 psi (3800 bar) hand-held waterjetting tool for cleaning and surface preparation applications. The pneumatic triggers turn the UHP water on and off and water flow is initiated only when both triggers are pressed, acting as a safety device to ensure both hands are on the equipment. The tumble box includes an air valve to detect when the triggers are pressed and an ultra high pressure water control valve to control the flow of UHP water.

Jet Edge’s Waterjet Pipe Cutter System is a hydraulically controlled portable abrasivejet cutting system designed especially for cutting pipelines, reinforced concrete and metal structures. A specially designed track allows the Pipe Cutter to clamp to standard sized pipe (6”-60” diameter) for pipe cutting operations, cutting both horizontally or vertically.

The system includes a Pipe Cutter carriage, hydraulic drive assembly, abrasivejet, abrasive hopper, abrasivejet mounting hardware, control panel, remote UHP control assembly and hoses.
