The Accumulator’s bladder is pressurized with nitrogen to about 30 – 40% of the pressure of the hydraulic circuit in which it is installed (its “precharge pressure”) and requires periodic charging to maintain its pressure.
Microsoft officially ended support for Windows 7 on January 14, 2020, and Windows XP April 8, 2014. Microsoft is strongly recommending users upgrade their cutting system OS to Windows 10.

THIS IS A RECOMMENDED ALERT: When High Pressure End Caps are installed on your Jet Edge Intensifier Pump at the factory, great care is taken to align the High Pressure End Cap to the Hydraulic End Block. Failure to align the plunger and evenly torque the High Pressure End Cap causes the end cap to become misaligned. This misalignment leads to reduced High Pressure Seal life and much higher maintenance costs.
When the OmniJet Valve Body is installed into the mounting collar, proper alignment is required with the High Pressure inlet to ensure a good seal is made with the High Pressure fitting. Jet Edge has released a self-aligning Valve Body (PN 110607) and collar set that ensures alignment and sealing on the first attempt.
Jet Edge has upgraded its standard on all new 2-quart (1.9 Liter) Attenuators, replacing the prior design. The new design directly seals the Head to the Body and eliminates the Seal wear component thus extending the service life of the Attenuator. The larger, 2-quart Attenuator is the same design as the 1-quart Attenuator but is longer to increase its capacity.
Jet Edge has upgraded its standard on all new 1 Quart Accumulators to SAE Standard rated threads, replacing previously used NPT threads, for an improved seal. The new SAE thread is not interchangeable with the NPT thread.
