Every Jet Edge water jet system includes unlimited lifetime hands-on training. Water jet training is free when taken at Jet Edge’s headquarters. You also can arrange to have training at your facility for a fee.

Scheduled Dates: NOTE – ACTUAL TRAINING DATES MAY CHANGE. A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOU AFTER REGISTRATION AND 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE TRAINING, CONFIRMING THE COURSE WILL BE HELD ON THESE DATES.

Jet Edge is pleased to offer a series of hands-on training programs for operators and maintenance personnel on Jet Edge products.

Each session is held at Jet Edge Training Center in Saint Michael, Minnesota.
Participants are encouraged to wear work/casual clothing and safety shoes are required. Class sizes are limited to ten (10) participants.
If the class is full, we ask that you select an alternate date. Registration deadline for all classes is two weeks prior to the start date. Class times are 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM daily.

ON SITE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Jet Edge will dispatch a trained Field Technical Service Representative directly to your shop for an hourly fee per our Maintenance Service Terms. The customer has discretion to use this time to train his/her own maintenance personnel at the same time equipment is being worked on as well as get additional tips on machine programming and operation.

JET EDGE IN-HOUSE REBUILD SERVICES

Certain component rebuilds may be best performed at the factory. Jet Edge can rebuild many equipment components at a fraction of the cost of a new replacement unit. In certain circumstances, Jet Edge may be able to provide loaner components while the repair is being performed.

JET EDGE REFURBISHED PUMP PROGRAM

JET EDGE SERVICE CONTRACTS

Jet Edge details necessary and routine maintenance in its Owner’s Manual. It also offers Service Contracts for dispatching trained Field Technical Service Representatives to provide those routine services on your behalf. Various options and schedules can be included in the agreement to ensure your equipment is performing at its best.

JET EDGE EMERGENCY SUPPORT SERVICES

Jet Edge offers Emergency Support by phone 24/7/365. Additionally, as part of your Service Contract, on-site Emergency Support Services that ensure you minimize any downtime can be included in the coverage.

JET EDGE OTHER TECHNICAL SERVICES
